1. Marinate chicken fillet strips in salt, pepper and rosemary. Set aside for 20 mins.
2. Pan sear chicken in olive oil. Set aside.
3. To make gravy, melt butter and sauté mushrooms until cooked.
4. Add flour to make a roux.
5. Pour milk to thin.
6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
7. Pour gravy over chicken. Top with fried garlic.
